Emily Borders brings a hospitality and event centered background to Yale Catering. A Connecticut native, Emily is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University and is currently enrolled in her MBA at Southern Connecticut State University. Her achievements with Yale Catering to date include transitioning the Medical Campus to Yale Catering from Marigolds, successfully relaunching Yale Dining within the Divinity School and a re-branding and new menu concept for Yale Catering Express. Emily is the Yale Dining Rising Star award winner for 2015 due to her immediate and profound impact within our organization. Emily is a member of the Future Leaders at Yale group, and a member of the education committee for the National Association for Catering and Events.

Rob is a graduate of the University of Kentucky Hospitality program. His experience includes working in off-premise catering at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Rob has presided over the catering team at the Michigan Union, West Quad, and Munger Graduate Residences, where he developed the program from $1.6 million to a $2.1 million operation.
