Follow your food straight from the source! Each fall, Yale Hospitality and a group of students, visit local farms which supply the dining halls every day. Speak directly with the farmers, walk the fields, and enjoy tasting as well as a great lunch as you see the direct impact these hard-working, custodians of the environment, have on your menus.
Students who have been notified by YCC or Yale Dining that they have been selected for the tour will assemble at Buses on College Street just outside Woosley Hall at 8:30 a.m. (sharp). Tours usually return around 1:30pm.
