Location. The Joseph Slifka Center for Jewish Life, located at 80 Wall Street, brings all of Yale’s primary Jewish student programs under one roof. Here you will find Hillel, the Young Israel House and the Lindenbaum Kosher Kitchen. The Slifka Center celebrates the Jewish community and its intellectual and creative vigor and blends it into the natural rhythm of the Yale campus.
Menu. Slifka’s Kosher Kitchen serves breakfast, lunch and dinner during the week. On weekends, it offers family-style Shabbat meals and Sunday brunch and dinner inside the Sam and Ronnie Heyman Commons. Slifka accepts meal swipes and Slifka block meal credits and is open to those not on meal plans via advance reservations.
What Makes Slifka Kosher Kitchen Special: Slifka Kitchen’s high-quality dining and social experience, special pricing for Shabbat and Wednesday-night graduate student meals and integration with other Jewish Life programs on campus make it a welcoming and one-of-a-kind place.
