Elizabeth has over 16 years of experience in sales, event planning, and operational execution. She has notable success in large-scale event planning, off-premise events, logistics planning and production, with a proven ability to balance priorities, meet tight deadlines and produce superior quality. Prior to joining the Yale Catering team, she planned events at the Boca Raton Resort and Club, Jordan Caterers and Event Planners, and the Connecticut Bar Association. Elizabeth is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, with a BA degree in Psychology.

A native of New York City, Cyon began his culinary journey in Baltimore Maryland where he was an integral member of the catering culinary teams at the Sheraton and Marriot Hotels. Selected to be a part of the opening team at the Borgata Hotel, Resort and Casino Cyon worked his way up from line cook to end as Sous Chef of club operations where he oversaw food production at three venues. Cyon now calls home the Culinary Support Center at Science Park where he oversees all catering food production. A specialist in “cook and chill” technology Cyon oversees the development and production of soups, stocks and sauces used throughout Yale Dining.
