A variety of a la carte items are available every morning for breakfast and the West Campus meal plan features $6.00 lunches, which include salads, bread, a daily hot entrée, beverage and dessert. Or you can choose soups, flatbreads or offerings from the vertical salad bar. We also offer freshly brewed coffee, teas, espresso, cappuccinos and lattes. In addition to the West Campus meal plan, Eli Bucks and credit cards are also accepted, but note that the café does not accept cash.
What Makes West Campus Dining Special. The West Campus has become an everyday part of Yale with a bustling community of scholars now reaching over 1600 residents. Seven interrelated Institutes conduct basic science into a truly diverse mix of subjects, from the world’s most complex and pressing health challenges, to tomorrow’s energy solutions, and the future of our cultural heritage. The landscape is also home to the West Campus Barn, an urban farm, and meandering nature trails. The West Campus Conference Center provides state of the art conference facilities, including a full auditorium, for use by the Yale community. The dining program is designed to complement these programs; the open kitchen allows diners to view food as it is being prepared and encourage interdisciplinary networking among students, visitors and researchers.
