Adam Millman has over 20 years of operational experience in a diverse range of fields, including corporate, academic, and non-profit organizations. At Yale Hospitality, where we serve over 15,000 meals a day across 31 foodservice locations, he is responsible for providing innovative leadership, concept development, and vision to achieve Hospitality’s daily commitment to excellence – continually thinking outside of the box to create memorable experiences for the Yale community.
Prior to joining Yale Hospitality, Adam was Director of East Coast Operations for Cini-Little International, a premier hospitality design and business consulting firm, as well as held leadership positions with the Wildlife Conservation Society, Club Quarters Hotels, and Restaurant Associates.
