China’s greatest culinary minds visited Yale, Harvard, University of Connecticut, UMass Amherst, The Culinary Institute of America, and Google NYC for a cultural exchange focused on sustainable food systems.
Chef Selassie Atadika, of Midunu, brought “New African Cuisine” to Yale University for our Food Conversations series. Yale students enjoyed a stunning dining experience that showcased Chef Atadika’s culturally based cuisine.
Since my early days here as a graduate student, I have eaten more meals on Yale’s campus than probably anywhere else in the world. Yale Hospitality goes above and beyond in keeping me—and all our campus—fed and healthy, pleasing our taste buds, and impressing our visitors and guests with its gourmet flair.
Thank you so much for arranging the baking retreat…The recipes we took away are so baker friendly, we can’t wait to try them on our own. Rest assured, we’ll be wearing our personalized coats when we whip up these confections at home! We loved sampling our work and even got some sweet treats to-go. All in all, an amazing time spent in the bakery!
